HP OfficeJet 3831 won't print black ink properly, if at all

I have a HP OfficeJet 3831 printer, but for some reason it won't print black ink properly, if it prints it at all. I've tried numerous things to try and fix the problem like changing the black ink cartridge, clean cartridges, align printer, clean page smears, but to no avail. My printer also doesn't have any updates that need to be done. Does anyone have any idea as to what could be wrong?

At this point I suggest you contact HP Support for service options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
