Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP OfficeJet 4655 All-in-One Printer prints blank pages. Tried all online solutions.  After recommended uninstalling, reinstalling, rebooting, unable to download/install driver, even using HP Smart App.  When clicking on "Download from HP website" choice, I get a Page Unavailable message.  All test pages, cartridge cleaner methods, printer realignments also result in blank pages.  Test pages give blank fronts with four dim, yellow small rectangles on back side of paper even though black vs. color was selected.  I obtained this unit used and it worked fine for a while, then this condition appeared out of somewhere.  It at least printed and copied.  Hadn't yet used scanning feature.  Regarding the cartridge cleaning, the last time it printed anything but blank pages, it printed beautifully clear, crisp text with no spots or smears.   I need to get to an appointment, but I will leave this page open to receive responses. Thanks for your help with this.
