HP OfficeJet 5220 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP OfficeJet 5220, which has worked perfectly until today. I am receiving the message on the printer 'Problem with Cartridge' followed by ' At least one of the cartridges has a problem' (message translated from Danish).

I am using original HP Ink and the printer worked perfectly yesterday with no colour deviations. The cartridges that were in the printer were quite new and not used very much.

The first thing I did was to replace the two Ink cartridges with two brand new ones (last sales date June 2023). The same problem occurred.

I have tried with one cartridge, factory resetting the printer, switching on and off 5 times, cleaning the heads, disconnecting and reconnecting to wifi, trying to copy a document locally on the printer - but nothing has helped.

Any suggestions?

Many thanks

Alan
