HP OfficeJet 5230 All-in-One Printer

Dear community,

I have had this printer since 2-3 years and It has always worked flawlessly.

However, starting from yesterday it doesn't want to print magenta anymore.

Now, my printer has 2 slots for ink cardridges: 1 black + 1 multicolor. Magenta is in the multicolor and the multicolor cardridge prints everything but magenta.

Since my product is out of warranty and cardridges are from the InstantInk HP service how should I deal with it?

Can I technically do something about this or should I just put everything in the recycle bin?

Thank you for your suggestions,

Dearly Fabio 🙂
