Hello! My ink levels are about halfway full. I am trying to print but blank pages are continuously coming out. I opened the ink cartridges and noticed that there was a pool of ink around the head and slot. I wiped it off a bit and repositioned the cartridges. Still blank pages when I tried to print. I then tried troubleshooting under "utilities" and "Print Quality Toolbox" even with the progress report being printed, it was still blank. I'm not quite sure what to do at this point. I also want to add that I have had my printer unplugged for a few weeks because my daughter learned how to power off and on the printer so I just unplugged it to redirect her attention elsewhere. This printer, along with my desktop, are both fairly new and I rarely use them. So, I don't think it's an electrical issue. Any tips or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
