I have been trying to print a shipping label and it keeps coming out purple. I tried printing only black and white from the Chrome browser and that didn't work. I saved the label, opened it in Adobe, and tried printing in grayscale there and the same thing happened. I don't know what else to do.

Hi @moody_bluesss,
I'd like to help!
To assist better-
1) Are you able to make a black and white copy?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -
-
Load the printer with plain white paper.
-
On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup
.
-
Touch Tools.
-
Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
