Product: HP OfficeJet 5258 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I have gone through all the community posts and stuff I can find online and nothing seems to work. I have printed diagnostic pages, tried just black and white pages, cleaned the cartridges, aligned the cartridges, wiped the cartridges down, updated the printer software. everything I am still getting a diagnostic page with no black ink, even after cleaning and wiping the cartridges down. Do I need to get a new cartridge?
