I have a HP officejet 6600. I just installed new ink. I cleaned the printhead 4 times, powered off printer and waited 60 seconds to power back on. I am still receiving blank pages. Can someone assist with this ?

Hi @DestinyH730 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Here are a few steps to try to resolve the issue of blank pages on your HP Officejet 6600:
Check Ink Levels:
- Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and have sufficient ink.
Run the Printhead Cleaning Utility:
- Use the printer’s built-in cleaning utility again. Sometimes multiple cleanings are necessary.
- Access this from the printer’s control panel: Setup > Tools > Clean Printhead.
Align the Printhead:
- After cleaning, you should align the printhead to ensure the best print quality.
- Go to Setup > Tools > Align Printhead.
Print a Test Page:
- Print a test page to see if any ink is coming out at all.
- Go to Setup > Tools > Printer Status Report.
Check for Clogs:
- Remove the printhead and check for any clogs or dried ink.
- Clean the contacts on the printhead and the printer with a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water.
Update Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Make sure the printer firmware is up to date. Sometimes updates can resolve printing issues.
Use Different Paper:
- Ensure you are using the correct type of paper for your print job. Some papers can cause issues with inkjet printers.
Reset the Printer:
- Perform a hard reset on the printer by unplugging it while it is on, waiting for a minute, and then plugging it back in.
Try a Different Document:
- Sometimes the issue might be with the document itself. Try printing a different document or a simple text file to see if the issue persists.
Check for Software Issues:
- Ensure that your printer driver and HP software are up to date on your computer.
