Product: HP OfficeJet 6962 All-in-One Printer

Cartridge Problem:  New cartridges installed and message reads "One or more cartridges are missing or damaged".  

I removed the cartridges, unplugged the printer, restarted it and replaced another set of cartridges and the message is still the same.  What to do?
