Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Getting the error "Older Generation Cartridge Error", but I am using HP 902xl cartridges. It appears there is a fix for this with support.

 

Can I please get some help for this error?
