Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Have a HP OfficeJet 7000 Wide Format Printer E809a.  Having problems getting rid of cartridge error lights. Mostly the magenta (yes currently using remanufactured).  Sometimes I can clear the magenta light, but then the cyan light comes on. Clear that and then the magenta back on. Purchased a new Printhead... didn't correct.  Could be that firmware problem. Per printer data sheet shows Firmware to be: EKP1FN0928R.  HP "Add a product to my profile" would not accept the S/N listed on the data info... MY9BN111ZK05B8.  If Firmware, I may need to go to using only original HP cartridges...$$.  Any help would be appreciated.  When it prints... it prints very well.  Thanks.
