Hello,

I need your help to override the security check for cartridges with non-HP chip.

One month ago I left the Instant Ink program because I did not agree with the terms of the program and I installed generic cartridges (non genuine HP). The four cartridges came from the same supplier and from the same package.

Everything worked fine during one full month. The cartridges were correcty detected and the print result was fine.

Yesterday a message was displayed only for 2 of the cartridges (magenta and yellow) indicating that a non-HP chip was detected for them and that the corresponding cartridges are blocked. The two other and similar cartridges (black and cyan) continue to be accepted... !

How can I override this check which seems to be random ?

PS : I tried to updated the micro firmware but it is already up to date.
