While I am tempted to make a video of me setting  on fire my now-useless-yet-full-of-original-cartridges printer  hoping it gets viral (still getting no help other than a generic msg on last Dec 8, national holiday here in Italy) , I will push my luck and repost my question:

Bought this printer in D.C.

Now moved to Italy

Bought a new set of original LOCAL cartrdidges
Printer not cooperating and refusing to recognize the ORIGINAL yet local cartridges

Printer is HP OfficeJet 8025e
Conncted via USB cable
Runnning HP Smart 150.1.1140.0
OS is Win 10 Pro 64


Please HELP

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Thank you for adding more suspance - WHERE are the instructions to perform a region change ? This is the second time in 10 days im going through this "i've sent you a personal message..." thing
