Product: HP OfficeJet 8600 Pro
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP OfficeJet 8600 Pro
My HP OfficeJet 8600 Pro stopped printing distinct and clearly in Excel or Wordpad or Notebad. The print is very light.
Yet, in MS Photos it prints the text very clearly and distinct.
I ran the "TOOLS" on the printer control board. It was ran thru the cleanng cycle andalso the "Print Head" cycle.
The 4 color inkcartridges were changed.
You advise to changed the 4 color cartridges or the Print Head?
If a Print Head is needed? Frm eBay or HP?
Thanks for your advice and help.
