Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source for about 60 seconds.
  • Check for paper jams inside the printer, and remove any if found.
  • Inspect the ink cartridges: Ensure they are properly installed and have enough ink.
  • Clean the printhead: Use the printer’s built-in cleaning tool through the printer settings on the control panel or the HP printer software.
  • Reset the printer: Perform a hard reset by holding the power button for 10 seconds.
  • Reinstall the printer drivers: Go to the HP support website and download the latest drivers for your printer model.
  • Try using a different power outlet in case the current one is faulty.
