Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer no longer prints Cyan!  I have now put two full sets of cartridges into the printer, the recent set newly delivered via HP Ink so they are original HP cartridges but this has not worked.  I have checked for driver updates and all was up to date.  I have run diagnostics, run clean print heads via the printer and HP Smart and still no joy.  I have also done a hard reset via a suggestion given on the Community chat but still no joy.  Has anyone got any other suggestions?

Note; its an inkjet printer not laser !
