Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 Printer is not printing the blue ink properly, despite having 3 new cartridges since this began.

I've done all recommended Print checks, but this still continues.

Help please,

Thanks

@Gijuan, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand the printer is not printing in cyan. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

If the issue persists even after replacing the ink cartridge, I'm afraid the issue is with the printhead which is non-removable.
