Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6970
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Previously the color ink was not available due to poor quality standards so we had to update the software to allow printing in black only. Since then I have updated to Windows 11 and now the black ink will not print. Everything else does. We have installed multiple black cartridges to no avail.
