HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 Black ink cartridge is not printing. No code given. New ink cartridge install

HP OfficeJet Pro   6978 . All New ink cartridge install. Black ink  is not printing. Replaced the black ink cartridge with another and black ink is still not printing. Cleaned heads a few times and black ink does not print. All is well. No message is given. Any help is welcome.
