Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 does not recognise new ink cartridges. It appears that HP have renamed the identy of the latest ink cartridges and my printer does not recognise them so will not use them. The printer recognises 955 and 955xl ink cartridges but not HP 955 and HP 955xl ink cartridges. It appears that HP has added "HP" to the cartridge's electronic itentity and my printer does not accept that. Is there a firmware update to fix this?
