HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 Series - Won't print Cyan

My printer is not even a year old and has stopped printing cyan. I've tried cleaning the printhead multiple times, changed the cartridge (only using genuine HP ink), uninstalled and then re-installed the printer, basically every suggestion I've found on the web. The other colors are all fine. Another problem I'm having is that it won't complete the alignment process. Anyone have any other suggestions before I send for repair? Thank you!

@HamsterPower, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand the printer is not printing in Cyan. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues, and also replaced the ink cartridges, yet the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer.

The alignment process will not complete unless all the colors are printing fine.

 

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
