This started with an update which would not load. LCD displayed 0% downloading for a whole day. Downloaded and ran HP troubleshooter. Checked Community Discussions but didn't find any solutions which worked for me. Did a hard reset. Reset IP address but now Cartridge Cannot Be Used Until Printer Is Enrolled In HP Instant Ink error. HP Smart Page shows printer as Not ready to print. HP Smart Page shows status as enrolled.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
