My HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 series won't print with the yellow cartridge. I've run all the diagnostics and cleaned to the 3rd level, plus replaced the Yellow Cartridge twice. Still no yellow

I understand that the yellow ink cartridge is not working, I am glad to assist you.

And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue.
