I had an error while printer (71.02.4a) and I followed instructions here to fix it (https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/HP-OfficeJet-Pro-8020-error...) which involved removing the cartridges, unplugging it, powering back on and then installing new cartridges. The problem is that after turning it back on again, I unable to access the cartridge holder. It won't move from the right. I found several articles that talk about how the scanner lid has to be down, that I should power it on with all doors closed and then open it. Nothing works. It won't budge. I've done various resets with power button, cords, etc. The carriage does not move back and forth when you power on or off like it used to either.
