I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 that I've had just under two years.  I replaced the Cyan cartridge with one I received via the HP Instant Ink program when status indicated it needed to be changed.  After that, Cyan would not print.  I've gone through all of the steps listed under device services for print quality and printheads.  I've also followed the other suggestions in other posts.  I even replaced the cartridge with a new cartridge.  Nothing hardware or software related was changed.  Any other suggestions?

I understand you are unable to print in blue

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

I've sent you a private message with further instructions to get this issue sorted.
