Hello,

 

I recently changed all ink with original HP ink cartridges, I have the instant ink subscription. However since doing this the black ink doesn’t seem to print very well (see print quality) 

 

I have tried everything such as reset, clean print head, even removed the ink cartridge to make sure sufficient vent as well as clean any dried ink. Still no difference, so I need a new black ink cartridge, how do I order a new one from HP if I am on the monthly plans?
