HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 Printer

I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8210. that initially came with 954 ink cartridge. We replaced with a 952 cartridge that says is the correct ink cartridge on the HP website but the printer says "Not Intended for Use in Current Device". What can be done to fix this issue?

Hi,

Did you purchase the cartridge in the US or in any other region?

 

HP Officiate Pro 8210 uses 952 ink cartridges in the US or Canada, however uses HP 954 ink in Latin America.

 

If you purchased the printer from abroad, you would need to contact HP Support to reset the printer after moving to another region, if it was purchased in United Stated please contact the retailer, as the printer not seems to be intended for the US market by your description.
