Have an error on mother's printer - one or more cartridges appear to be damaged. Remove them and replace with new cartridges. It is indicating the yellow cartridge and have replaced with genuine HP cartridge. Get the same error. Have reseated print head, checked for updates, unplugged printer, cleaned cartridge. No luck - same error with old and new cartridge.

I have also done everything that the original person stated, including powering down printer and unplugging for afew hours, checking for updates, afew months ago had to put in a new printhead because old one was giving problems, this one seemed to be working okay but having problems again. took printhead out and reinstalled, put 4 full ink cartridges in. No success
