Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer ran out of color ink.  Ordered new HP 952XL ink cartridges and installed.  Tried to print.  Getting a message on printer that says "There is a problem with the supply system."  I have unplugged and powered down for 60 seconds, removed and reinstalled the new ink cartridge a few times without getting the problem resolved.

 

What else can I do to resolve this issue?
