My HP OfficeJet Pro is printing colors way too dark. I have tried cleaning the printheads and aligning them as well. I have also tried printing all of the diagnostic tests. It doesn't fix the issue. Whenever print the test sheets the colors come out perfect. I know this isn't a file issue because whenever I try to print something out for work or anything on the internet the colors become dark or kind of neon. I also use genuine HP cartridges. My printer has done this since I got it back in July of 2021 so the warranty has expired. Is there any fix for this issue?
I have attached photos showing the difference. This is the printable
This is how it printed
