HP Officejet 6962
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I was having printing issues where the printing quality was poor. I did the following setups:

1. Purchased and properly installed new ink cartridges

2. Performing a printhead cleaning. The quality of the print jobs was perfect.

3. Tried to perform a printhead alignment. The test page prints but my scanner is not picking up the image. I tried this with my hand on the sheet and the scanner open and with the scanner closed.

Now when I attempt to print anything from my computer the document appears correctly in the print preview screen but the printer is printing blank sheets. To reiterate, the ink is fine as test pages run through the HP printing app print fine.

Hi,

Please print and evaluate a Printer Status Report:

Does it print correctly with all text and color outputs as the shown example, or may you see any specific color missing from the printout?
