My printer does not print black ink. This has been killing me - I've googled and read so many forums... hoping someone has another suggestion!
I have varied results when I clean the print heads, sometimes streaked ink with other colors, sometimes all colors look great but throughout all... no black ink. The oddest part is it just stopped printing black ink one day. We use our printer infrequently, but the other colors still work.
Steps I have tried -
1. Installed a new, genuine HP Ink cartridge
2. Cleaned Print Head with printer settings multiple times including the second phase of cleaning
3. Manually cleaned the black print head with water and syringe (print head is not removable)
4. Tapped the ink cartridge on paper towel to get ink flowing
5. Checked for clogged vents in the cartridges
6. Checked paper quality and settings - using normal paper
7. Tried other steps suggested by the virtual agent, but they will not connect me with a live person for troubleshooting since my printer is not under warranty.
Willing to try anything. Thank you!

@alioop_11, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps. Since you have already tried the necessary troubleshooting steps and used a replacement black ink cartridge, yet the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer.
