My printer suddenly stopped printing in black. I have changed the cartridge twice to new ones and it does not help. The ink information shows that the cartridge is full. I have cleaned the printhead through the printer settings without issue. I cannot reset the alignment because enough of the page won't print for my scanner to read it. I cannot manually remove and clean the printhead because my printer does not have the latch required to do this. Please help!! Poor and in grad school and can't afford to buy a new printer.

@poorgradstudent, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Update the printer firmware
Refer to page 29 of the user guide.
The printhead on this printer is non-removable. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black Ink Not Printing and other Print Quality Issues
If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer as you have already used new black ink cartridge. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
