HP Officejet 4650 cartridge compatibility

Bought the HP Officejet 4650 when living in Australia, used HP63 ink cartridge over there, now moved back to UK cannot get HP63 but was informed the HP302 cartridge would be compatible. This unfortunately is not the case, message displayed "indicated cartridge are not intended for use in this printer"  Tried changing the region of the printer without succes. Is there any way I can set up my printer up for the UK. Everything we've read says HP302 are compatible with HP63.  Please help ....

I understand you are getting this error on the printer screen. We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
