Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Instant INK  sent me a cartridge labeled 63/302/65/304 for my HP Officejet 4650. Does this mean I can use both 63 and 65 cartridges or is this a special cartridge.

The supported ink cartridge for your region is 63, as HP supports other countries under instant ink service and printers used in other countries uses the same ink cartridge with a different number.
