HP OfficeJet 5212 All-in-One Printer

I recently bought a replacement ink cartridge package (63 2-pack with black and tri-color). When I went to install it the tri-color was recognized but the black showed me "The indicated cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer. If this problem persists, replaces the cartridges " I tried the steps the virtual assistant provided me with including unplugging the printer, updating firmware, cleaning the conduits, etc but still nothing. I replaced with the old empty black ink cartridge and it was recognized fine. Not sure how to proceed from here.

Thanks,

Ken
