Message: "Remove and check cartridge on right."
I have clean the cartridge with distilled (damp) water, removed and re-inserted the cartridge several times, disconnected and re-connected the power several times, accessed the "Mgr command" by pressing concurrently the "*" and "#" , entered "123", click right arrow to ""Special Reports", clicked "OK", then right arrow to "printer cartridges" and click "OK". The priinter prints a message from the cartridge on the left (no black ink). Finally, I still get the message: "Remove and check the cartridge on the right".
Please help!!!
