Product: HP Officejet H470
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Officejet H470 is not printing the color yellow at all

 

Black cartridge is working fine

Brand new tri-colour cartridge installed

Cyan and Magenta are printing fine - in diagnostic test pages and for normal documents

'Cleaned the print cartridges' several times using the HP Toolbox

Manually cleaned the cartridge connector pins inside the printer

 

Any help or advice appreciated?

If you have already performed the steps from the document: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778  and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
