Help me please! I've purchased all new ink cartridges and cleaned both print heads. I've run all the diagnostics but my printer won't print nothing but blank pages. What is the problem?

@Markwbalandes, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Fixing Print Quality Problems for the HP Officejet Pro L7500, L7600, and L7700 All-in-One Printer Se...

If the copies from the scanner glass and the test pages are blank, this is not a driver/software issue.

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer as you have already changed the ink cartridges. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
