Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6230 ePrinter

Hello,

 

My printer is printing white horizontal streaks where there should be black text.

 

I've tried to troubleshoot but I am unable to because the Network Configuration Page that prints out is spitting out a URL for EWS of http://0.0.0.0  so I'm unable to access the Print Alignment, etc. troubleshooting steps.
