HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-One Printer

I have an Officejet Pro 6830 all-in-one and it was printing fine then stopped printing just black.  I hadn't printed in a while and there was still ink in the black cartridge. I went and bought a new cartridge to replace it.  It still isn't printing black after replacing the cartridge.  I ran the thorough printhead cleaning and did an alignment.  I tried deleting the printer and re-installing it, I unplugged everything and held the power button in for about 30 seconds before plugging back in (it is plugged into a wall outlet).  I am running Windows 10 Home 64 bit.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
