Hi, after replacing my printer cartridges with genuine HP cartridges, the printer has stopped printing and copying. All we get now are blank pages. The printer is updated, firmware is up to date, have cleaned the printhead several times, also unplugged the printer, removed cartridges, and restarted and reinstalled cartridges and still nothing. At one point I got an 0xc19a0013 printhead error but this is no longer the case. Would really appreciate some assistance with this. Thanks

Hi @Robai25 ,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 6960. Blank pages can be a frustrating problem, but there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the issue:
Check Cartridge Installation:
- Make sure that the cartridges are correctly installed. Open the printer cover and ensure that each cartridge is securely in place.
Check Ink Levels:
- Confirm that the ink cartridges have sufficient ink levels. You can check this from the printer software on your computer or directly on the printer's control panel.
Print a Test Page:
- Print a test page to check whether the issue is with the printer or the computer. You can usually do this through the printer's control panel.
Clean Printhead:
- Run the printhead cleaning utility from the printer's control panel. You mentioned you've already done this, but repeating the process might help.
Update Printer Drivers:
- Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer.
Check for Firmware Updates:
- Confirm that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Visit the HP website to check for firmware updates for your specific model.
Reset the Printer:
- Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes resolve temporary glitches.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Ensure that there are no paper jams in the printer. Even a small piece of paper stuck in the printer can cause printing issues.
Perform a Hard Reset:
- This involves turning off the printer, unplugging it from the power source, and holding down the power button for 15-30 seconds. Then, plug it back in and turn it on.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.-
