My printer will not print blue ink. I've done everything to clean printheads, replace cartridges, etc. Can anyone recommend either a fix (replace printheads?) or a new all-in-one printer model that might use the same ink cartridges (902)?

@gjwbiker, Welcome to HP Support Community!
If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply. I'm going with hardware failure. I've spent too many hours wasting ink in many attempts to fix this problem. I've ordered a new HP all-in-one printer. The one I have lasted 2 years (a "pro" model), but I'll hope for better with the next one.
