Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

An employee had mistakenly accepted the latest firmware upgrade: 002.2246A - Dec 13, 2022, on one of our company printers which has now stopped accepting third-party cartridges, of which we have a substantial supply. This is also the only Officejet Pro 7740 we have currently, which means our stock of cartridges is effectively rendered useless.

What can you do to help us resolve this issue? Can we downgrade the firmware?
