Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this HP Officejet Pro 7740 printer through Amazon August of 2020 ink ran out 2 days after warranty was up, this printer came with 954 cartridges in it and they cannot be purchased any longer, not sure if they ever could be purchased. I went online and bought the new recommended replacement cartridges from HP; the new recommended cartridges are now 952

I replaced all 4 with brand new cartridges and I get this message (Incompatible Cartridges) (The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer) all four colors are lit up.

I have been online twice with service reps and they both told me to get new cartridges, so I bought another full set, they too are incompatible. what am I to do? I also have unplugged the printer for several minutes so it could reboot.
