Hello, 

 

So our printer just stopped printing and it keeps saying that there is a paper jam. No paper jam. literally no paper in the machine. No idea whats going on. So I read like 1000 articles and realised that the little cartridge unit is not moving at all.... like at all... it wont slide back and forth. I think this is the issue, However HP online articles keep sending me to a E3 Printing error and its not that, as I have already gone through that one as well. It literally says in the literature, do not force the unit to move, as this may break the printer... awesome,.. but its still stuck over at the side so now I am not sure what needs to be done and I desperatly need the printer to work.
