My printer has not been printing magenta or blue ink. Only yellow and black. Despite printing several “printer head cleaning” pages the issue has not resolved. All of the cartridges have ink in them according to the printer. I don’t know what else I can do but this is very frustrating because I cannot print in color nor grayscale due to this issue. Is there another calibration I can try?

@Mbx723, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand the printer is not printing in Magenta and Cyan.
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

If the issue persists, you may have to replace the defective ink cartridges.
You may purchase replacement cartridges and other supplies from the HP Store or local retailers.
If you have already replaced the inks and the issue persists,
