When the blue ink prints it begins to streak like the ink is running out however the ink is full. I have cleaned the printheads through all 3 levels using HP Smart App multiple times. I have tried to clean the printheads manually with no change in outcome. How do I fix this? Very frustrated. I have HP Instant Ink. I am not positive but think my printer is out of warranty but it is not old.

I understand how frustrating it must be to deal with print quality issues, especially after multiple cleaning attempts and with a full ink supply.
Try updating the firmware. Click here
If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges are faulty or the printer itself.
