I changed the ink cartridges yellow & cyan with compatible ink cartridges. After that the printer didn't work. So I purchased the ORIGINAL HP ink cartridges and replaced them with the compatible ones. The system still shows low ink (yellow & cyan) although they are new! Magenta was low too, so I put a new magenta HP Cartridge and the system shows a full magenta. On the display it keeps showing me a "Cartridge Problem" - One or more cartridges appear to be damaged (C & Y). Remove them and replace with new cartridges.
I followed the troubleshoot instructions for this printer; An "Ink System Failure" or "System Supply Problem" Error Displays. But nothing seems to work.
I can't add my product to my profile - Service unavailable.

Thank you in advance!

Hello Treeko
Thank you again for your message. I can explain it again. I've actually tried ALL troubleshooting suggestions of HP:
- An "Ink System Failure" or "System Supply Problem" Error Displays - Type 2 - 951; Reset the printer, Remove and reinsert the ink cartridge, replace the cartridges, Firmware is up to date, -- I did not replace the printhead.
But since I've put the compatible non-HP Brand Cartridges (just the yellow and cyan, these were the only ones that were empty), any other new Original HP Cartridges are not working anymore. The printer keeps showing the cyan and yellow cartridge problem. I have actually purchased two times HP Original Cartridges and replaced them, but they don't work either since I put compatible non-HP Brand Cartridges in the printer. The warranty of the printer is expired, so there is probably not much more I can do, unless you have the solution! I'm looking forward to your suggestions! Thank you!

Hello Treeko
Thanks again for your suggestion. I've already replaced the ink cartridges with Original HP Cartridges but it doesn't work either. It doesn't recognize the new HP Cartridges and still showing me the same Cartridge Problem. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks for your help.
