Product: Officejet Pro 8600 Plus

Hello.

 

I am having issues with my HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus. It's had issues with printing blue for a while, horizontal white lines appear on prints and they also appear on the clean printhead printout. I just installed a brand new printhead today and the issue is still present. On the clean printhead page the blue always has a single white line through it. I've spoken to the website that sold me the printhead and they've said to contact HP. Should I ask for a replacement? Thank you in advance for the help.
